NABA Bylaws were revised by a 2/3 vote of eligible members via electronic ballot concluded on November 15, 2012. Following are subjects that were added or revised from the previous document:

  • Membership year changed from calendar year to a year beginning on July1 through June 30 of the following year.
  • Clarified when dues are payable and the term of membership.
  • Changed relationship between amounts of full member and student member dues and fees.
  • Defined a quorum for the conduct of council business.
  • Clarified terms of office of council members.
  • Clarified duties of certain council members.
  • Edited grammar and syntax.
