NABA Bylaws Update
NABA Bylaws were revised by a 2/3 vote of eligible members via electronic ballot concluded on November 15, 2012. Following are subjects that were added or revised from the previous document:
Membership year changed from calendar year to a year beginning on July1 through June 30 of the following year.
Clarified when dues are payable and the term of membership.
Changed relationship between amounts of full member and student member dues and fees.
Defined a quorum for the conduct of council business.
Clarified terms of office of council members.
Clarified duties of certain council members.
Edited grammar and syntax.
