Jennifer Bonow earned her PhD in Behavior Analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR), an experience that laid the foundation for her work with children with autism and other behavioral disorders. She currently serves as the clinical director for Blueprints, the behavioral and mental health division of MOSAIC Children’s Therapy based in Bellevue, WA. Jen is responsible for leading the division’s clinical initiatives, designing training programs, maintaining best practices in the delivery of behavioral and psychological services, and developing and managing processes that support ethical and compliant service delivery. She has gained experience administering performance management systems, in process design and implementation planning, navigating healthcare funding of behavioral services, and developing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal rules and regulations. She has experience working collaboratively on, and leading, multi-disciplinary teams and projects, including the creation of a developmental preschool program. Recently, in partnership with a group of behavior analysts in Reno/Sparks, Jen has helped to establish The Learning Consultants which aims to provide behavioral support and services to parents and families facing acute behavioral challenges. They are also in the planning stages of creating a local preschool and elementary school that will take a behavioral approach to education. While her roots are in early intervention, Jennifer’s foundation from UNR and recent work have provided her with wide-ranging experiences applying the science of behavior.

An enthusiastic member of NABA since she was an undergraduate student, Jen first volunteered for the 2004 conference. As NABA has grown, she has remained active, serving on the conference planning committee in 2007-2008 and as the Student Committee Chair in 2015. Jen very much looks forward to continuing to serve NABA during and its members over the coming years.
