Nevada Association for Behavior Analysis Annual Conference 2010

The NABA Annual Conference is an intimate, one-track conference that facilitates networking and collaboration-planning. This conference is designed for behavior analysis practitioners, teachers, and students, as well as those currently receiving behavior analytic services or are interested in receiving services. Themes at the conference will include theoretical, basic, and practical/applied presentations in behavior analysis. CEUs will be available.The Nevada Association for Behavior Analysis Annual Conference is scheduled for October 16-17, 2010.

NOTE: Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will need to be paid for at the end of the conference as we are offering a flat rate of $50.00 for an unlimited number of CEUs or $10.00 per CEU. The number of CEUs you earn during the conference and thus the amount you owe can be determined at the end of the conference before credit is awarded.

 
Notice of Call for Posters
 
We are excited to announce the Call for Posters for the Annual Conference 2010, to be held October 16th and 17th on the University of Nevada, Reno Campus, is now open. The poster submissions deadline is October 1, 2010. We encourage you to share your research and theoretical developments at the conference poster session.

Please note guidelines and submission requirements, the first of which is similar to the ABAI 2011 guidelines:

• Data-based posters “must include a graphic or tabular summary of obtained data”.  Data need not be included in the submission but must be included in the poster.
• You must be registered for the NABA Annual Conference 2010 to submit a poster. (Go to nevadaaba.org, print out a registration form, mail the form and payment to: NABA, PO Box 9675, Reno, NV, 89507.)
• You must fill out the attached poster submission form and email the completed form to: nevadaaba@gmail.com.
• You will receive a notice indicating whether or not your poster submission was accepted on or before October 5th.
• Please e-mail nevadaaba@gmail.com if you have questions about this or any other conference-related issue. We look forward to your participation and expect another outstanding event.
